Meet the team
Marcel Swanepoel (NHD Mech Eng; BComm) is Dealer Principal at Group1 Nissan Kuilsriver. Marcel’s passion for the Nissan brand is backed up with expertise based on over 20 years in the Motor Industry - from manufacturing to wholesale, strategic planning and customer care; the latter being his forte. In fact, as Head of Aftersales and Parts for Nissan SA, Marcel played a key role in propelling Nissan to first place in South Africa’s ratings for customer satisfaction.
Deon Schoonraad (MDip) is Dealer Principal at Group1 Nissan Uitenhage. As well as in-depth knowledge of the motor industry, Deon brings 20 years of customer service expertise from the IT industry, including his previous role as Technical and Business Support Manager for SETA in the Eastern Cape.
As Aftersales Manager at Group1 Nissan, Cassie Mostert makes sure all our valued customers remain as happy with our service as can be. Want proof of that?
